About the RoleAs an Events Assistant, you will support our team in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate conferences to brand activations and social gatherings. Key Responsibilities- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly from start to finish.
- Vendor & Client Communication: Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to coordinate event details, contracts, and schedules.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Help manage event timelines, schedules, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Marketing & Promotion: Assist in event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and branded materials.
- Guest & Attendee Management: Support RSVP tracking, guest lists, and on-site registration processes.
- On-Site Support: Provide hands-on assistance during events, ensuring everything runs efficiently and resolving any issues as they arise.
- Post-Event Reporting: Gather feedback, assist with post-event analysis, and contribute to event recap reports.
- General Administrative Support: Help with scheduling, budgeting, and organizing event materials and documentation.
