Overview :
We are looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our install team. We primarily perform residential solar installations and require hands-on electrical experience (solar experience is preferred but not required). We provide all the training and tools for you to succeed. This role offers ample opportunities for growth. Candidates must have good coordination, basic tool knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors.
Responsibilities :
- Upgrade and replace main service electrical panels for residential homes.
- Interconnect solar PV systems into new main service panels.
- Ensure projects meet NEC, state, and local electrical codes.
- Properly document job completion and report back to the main office.
