Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team in Portland, OR. As the first point of contact for our in-store customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, positive shopping experience. You’ll assist customers with product inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and help drive sales through personal interactions and expert product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to connect with customers face-to-face and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Duties
- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, offering assistance with product selection and information.
- Address customer inquiries in person, ensuring they receive prompt and helpful answers to their questions.
- Assist customers with making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to promote in-store promotions, events, and new product arrivals.
- Build rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar in-person role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to listen to customers’ needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues on the spot.
