What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Client Service Representative position at Kenton Animal Hospital & Cathedral Animal Hospital?
Kenton and Cathedral Animal Hospitals are women-owned veterinary hospitals located in the lovely Kenton and St. Johns neighborhoods. As an integrative practice, we offer a multi-modal and individualized approach to each patient through traditionally familiar Western medicine, as well as other modalities which includes TVCM, acupuncture, laser therapy, herbal medicine and massage therapy. We practice Fear-Free techniques and take each patient’s physical and emotional well being into account for each visit.
Since opening Kenton Animal Hospital in 2016 and Cathedral Animal Hospital in 2019, we have grown exponentially and are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic and love for animal welfare to join our team! We strive to provide a supportive and inviting environment for our employees and take pride in the strong team atmosphere we’ve cultivated thus far. We are also passionate about community engagement, which has included participation in local neighborhood events, becoming members of PrideVMC, and donating annually to organizations such as NAYA and the Black United Fund of Oregon.
We are currently seeking a full time Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This position includes providing a warm welcome to our clients and patients, managing high volume phone calls, scheduling appointments, fielding communications between clients and staff, managing email communications and checking out clients.
