What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at Frontier Veterinary Hospital?
Client Service Pro Wanted!
Are you ready to bring your passion for people, pets and problem-solving to a place where no day is ever the same? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment where every wagging tail and purring patient gets the care they deserve? If this sounds like you, then we want you to be part of our Client Service Team!
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to work full time/5 days per week, with early morning and evening availability, and at least 1 weekend day per week. Love working weekends? Awesome - we can give you consecutive weekdays off!
- A passion for customer service – we can’t help pets without their people! Lots of candidates have experience helping customers, but we need folks who LOVE offering kindness in difficult situations and the ability to empathize with pet parents.
- A cool, collected attitude - especially when the phone won’t stop ringing and there’s a waiting room full of wagging tails. If you love unpredictability and creating calm out of chaos, this is the job for you!
- Self-awareness, flexibility, and the skill to manage multiple priorities confidently - you understand your power to make every day better through service and teamwork.
Why You’ll Love Us:
At our hospital, you’ll be at the heart of the action, guiding pet parents and their furry companions through their visits with us—from the moment they step paw in the door to the time they leave). You'll work alongside our veterinarians and technicians to ensure our patients get top-notch care, while making sure their human counterparts feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way
We work hard, but we also know how to have fun while doing it! Our team is all about supporting one another, solving problems together, and making every day a little brighter for our patients, clients, and each other. When you join our hospital, you’re not just starting a job—you’re becoming part of a team that cares as much about you as we do about our patients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Rolling out the red carpet for our clients and their pets, greeting them with a smile and a helpful hand (or paw!).
- Mastering the phones, scheduling appointments, and handling follow-up care like a pro.
- Triaging client questions and requests with the grace of a juggling act—keeping our veterinarians in the loop and ensuring no one is left hanging.
- Sharing your pet care wisdom, helping clients with non-medical care advice (heartworm prevention? Flea control? You’ve got it covered).
- Handling on-the-spot problem-solving in high-energy situations with calm professionalism (you’re the calm in the storm).
So, if you’re ready to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their people, and you’re up for the challenge of keeping our hospital running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and let’s make tails wag together!
Join our team where empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving reign!
