Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding our product lines via phone, email, or walk -ins. Fill part orders and make sure of their accuracy.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with parts orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or escalate complex issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a professional demeanor
