Summary
Outpatient Behavioral Health Associate or Outpatient Behavioral Health Provider
Location : La Junta Integrated Care Clinic, La Junta CO
Salary Range : $22.15 - $32.45 (FT or PT)
Are you dedicated to delivering compassionate, whole-person care to individuals of all ages? As a Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) at Valley-Wide Health Systems, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, through integrated, team-based care.
In this role, you will :
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to address the mental health needs of patients across the lifespan.
- Provide brief assessments, consultations, and evidence-based interventions tailored to diverse populations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on prevention, education, and patient-centered care.
- Offer psychoeducation and support to empower patients and their families in managing mental health challenges.

Qualifications and Education
Actively pursuing a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or clinical social work must have completed a minimum 1 year of schooling
Candidates may hold a current license with the Colorado State Board as any of the following : Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D., PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) desirable but not required
Must be able to successfully complete drug testing and background screening
