Job Title: IT Technician
Reports to: IT Project Manager
Job Summary: The IT Technician will be responsible for managing hardware inventory and providing support to staff on all Valliance Bank supported applications and hardware on the phone or in person. This position requires excellent customer service and organizational skills to support administrative personnel, department managers, and staff. Promote a positive work environment by maintaining respectful interactions with bank employees. The position requires the ability to function successfully in both team and independent work environments.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

§ Represents oneself and the bank in a positive, courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
§ Manage hardware inventory.
§ Answer staff questions via phone, email or in person.
§ Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, fax, email and other bank systems as needed.
§ Troubleshoot basic server issues.
§ Serve as a liaison between Bank staff and Bank on IT.
§ Configure mobile devices.
§ Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
§ Assist in the implementation of new products and software(s) as needed.
§ Manage VOIP phone systems.
§ Assist in managing application issues and solutions.
§ Work with third party providers to find solutions to issues.
§ Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
§ Follows bank policies and procedures.
§ Assist in overseeing patch management.
§ New Device Onboarding.
§ Supporting the IT department.
Education Requirements:
§ High school diploma or equivalent required.
§ Some college preferred.
§ Certifications Preferred

Experience Requirements:
§ 2 years of banking experience preferred

§ May require heavy lifting.
§ Some travel between branch locations

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
