We are hiring General Labor associates to join our client based in Florida. This position is primarily responsible for assessing damage to cell tower sites and responding to circumstances involving property damage while ensuring safe and effective operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work safely in hurricane damaged properties.
- Ability to recon cell tower sites.
- Perform cleaning process for damaged contents and structure. Removal of contents for cleaning or destruction.
- Demolition of structural damage to properties using the hand and power tools
- Clean up assigned job sites after demolition.
- Responsible for maintaining, unloading, and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining clean and organized all workplace areas.
- Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Works independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multitask.
- Effectively works within hazardous environments safely.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Requirements and Experience:
- Must Have a Truck
- Must be available on short notice
- Valid Driver's license
- Must have tools, chainsaw, tow ropes, etc.
- Must have working phone and laptop
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs.
- Ability to frequently standing, bending, and walking.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
