Hospice Chaplain PRN

Varco Hospice is looking for a Chaplain who has Hospice and Bereavement experience. We are a hospice company that services in Houston and surrounding areas.

• Chaplain must be a graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv or equivalent theology degree or Ordained Minister)
• Experience working with death and dying individuals, families and caregivers.
• Comfortable in interfaith settings
• Hospice experience is a must
• Able to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs and values.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
• Must be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to attend Mandatory IDG meetings every 2 weeks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

• Hospice care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bereavement program: 1 year (Preferred)
• KINNSER/WELLSKY: 1 year (Preferred)
