Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in patient’s residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or the hospital
• Assist with client’s personal care activities
• Assist patients with mobility
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Reporting to nurses about patient’s health status

Requirements:

• HHA/PCA Certificate (Active)
• If no Certificate - willingness to obtain certification before start date
