We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee operations at Vega Chiropractic. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be able to multitask, and take ownership of their duties. This role is crucial in ensuring patient retention, cooperation,and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Offering Outstanding Customer service and overseeing flow of office.
- Professionally handling phone skills/scripts and teaching staff.
- making appointments.
- Checking patients in and out of office.
- Accepting payment, making future appointments.
- Balancing draw at end of morning and night.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Become an advocate for the office.
- Learn detail of all services in office.
Requirements
- Experience at Front Desk and managing, such as but not limited to; Chiropractic, Dental, general doctor's office or a similar setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on organization.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
