This position includes working directly with the owner and management while assisting with the day-to-day operations of 3 stores.
Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Verify and send monthly statements.
- Daily input of invoices
- Light HR responsibilities
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Support sales around office as needed.
- Prepare documents and spreadsheets.
- Enter and edit products into database.
- Prepare and verify daily reports and bank deposits.
- Various other office duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
