What You’ll Do:

The Operations Manager Trainee is responsible for various duties in the operations office. They will be cross trained on all fields of operations and oversee accounts payable, direct the processing of invoices and payments, and manage expense accounts and budget reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in accounts payable
• Assists in DMV paperwork processing
• Assists in Invoicing
• Conducts physical inventory counts at each branch
• Creates work orders to maintain inventory in front line ready condition
• Test drives equipment
• Researches discrepancies
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Records purchases
• Maintains database
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry and answering telephones
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft office suite or related software.
• Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer.
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical lift test
  
  

Compensation:

• $18.50/hour plus 15% Commission
