We are seeking a skilled Boomi Architect/Developer with a strong background in data analytical design and support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using the Boomi platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various systems. Additionally, ideally has a strong knowledge of Jira administration skills.

What you will be responsible for:

Boomi Developer

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using the Boomi platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis and design to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and data flows.
• Monitor integration performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest Boomi features and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Experience with ELT process for data between systems cloud platforms (Azure, Kandji, Salesforce, Clari, Client Success, NetSuite, Concur, UKG, Greenhouse, FreshService and JIRA)
  
  

JIRA Administrator

• Administer and manage JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence.
• Configure and customize JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and notifications.
• Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and other third-party applications.
• Provide support and training to users on JIRA functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor JIRA performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for JIRA configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest JIRA features and updates and recommend enhancements to the system.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Boomi Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong background in data analytical design and support.
• Proficiency in Boomi AtomSphere, including building and managing integrations.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of various data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and protocols (REST).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence.
• Experience with JIRA add-ons and plugins, such as ScriptRunner, and others.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing JIRA workflows/automation, permissions, and notifications.
• Familiarity with integrating JIRA with other tools and systems.
