INTERNAL PROJECT MANAGER
We are a well-established industry leader in the POP, store fixture and commercial cabinetry industry looking to add a full-time Internal Project Manager to our growing team. This position is on-site at our Lititz, PA location. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, is detailed oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and scope.
- Set deadlines, monitor and summarize progress of projects.
- Works directly with Sales, PM Manager, estimating, engineering, manufacturing and other departments to ensure all aspects of each project fulfill client needs.
- Prepare estimates and process change orders
- Hands on within process
- Manage multiple projects at one time.
- Understand and communicate project timelines to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in Project Management or related experience.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong Communication skills, detail orientated, aptitude/attitude to continue to learn
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
