JOB DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Administrator supports the facility management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring multiple departments as assigned by the Administrator
- Assist departments with coordinating care and positive outcomes
- Meet with families and staff to assist with resolving concerns as needed
- Conduct rounds daily and report trends to the Administrator
- Knowledge of QAPI
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with in Long Term Care
- Proven supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
