What are the responsibilities and job description for the Backline Laborer position at Vetter Stone Company?

Duties of the position include:
- Ability to work with various hand tools
- Competent in working with jib and overhead crane to move stone and pallets
- Capable of maintaining equipment
- Ability to read job tickets of piece specifications, work items to complete and to check with patterns provided
- Quality conscious – double check work and look for stone imperfections to ensure we have the highest quality
- Excellent attendance required and must be willing to work well as a team to meet tight timelines
- Willing to follow safety guidelines
- Organized and must be able to read a tape measure
- Full time hours, 40 hours per week, 10 hour shift
- Shift flexibility when needed. Potential overtime hours are available depending on work volume.
