Qualifications

VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Management and Program Specialist I

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:


  • High School diploma or GED.

Experience:

  • Three (3) years of direct work experience with the use of advanced information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data, to include: requirements analysis; project management procedures including out year budgeting for programs involving OMN, FMS, OPN, SCN, and RDT&E monies; development of contract schedules, out year planning and POM budgets, compliance planning and program planning.
  • Must have knowledge of DoD standards and regulations like the FAR, DFAR, OPM requirements, and other business related regulations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Possess critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • TS/SCI level Clearance required.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for a range of activities to support the Program Manager and the program team, such as developing and maintaining program plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Monitor and track the progress, performance, and risks of the projects within the program.
  • Responsible for communicating and coordinating with project managers, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Facilitate and document meetings and reviews.
  • Provide administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Program Manager and the program team.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and standards.

Essential Duties of the Job:

  • Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
  • Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
  • Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
  • Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (i.e. general office environment).
