• Inspect sort product as it moves through the production line, make and label boxes, pack boxes, ensure proper date coding and assist the supervisor with other duties as necessary.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (non-exclusive list)

• Operate equipment as needed.
• Keep area neat, clean, and organized.
• Alert management of any urgent or emergency situations requiring immediate attention or approval.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly and more on occasion, reach areas accessible only by ladder, climb to and perform repairs on equipment in hard-to-reach areas.
• Capable of standing, bending, turning, and/or walking for 8-12 hours per day.
• Capable of performing routine math calculations, including addition and subtraction.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work past end of scheduled shift, weekdays and weekends if needed. Must be able to work evening or 2nd shift hours.
• Willing to comply with all Villa Rose's safety, employment, and GMP policies.
• Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of bio-security in order to preserve the health and welfare of our birds.
