ASSISTANT MANAGER/SALES EXECUTIVE- Full Time
VIO Med Spa is a premier aesthetic spa, looking for an assistant manager to join our team. We are an innovative beauty & wellness brand, committed to delivering a unique and modern experience through noninvasive skin & body treatments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up on lead generation and schedule appointments.
- Participate on social media, promote posts, create content, etc.
- Maintain consistent sales productivity and meet set targets.
- Secure high-quality appointments via phone, text, and email
- Ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they call on the phone or walk through the door.
- Conduct guided tours of our spa, build rapport and understand individual needs and report to providers.
- Maintain the quality of the spa. Ex: cleaning, laundry, inventory.
- Meet guest expectations by responding to guest questions and inquiries.
- Provide excellent communication and administrative services while representing the V/O Med Spa brand at the highest level.
- Participate in promotional events in and outside the spa.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Prior experience in retail or service sales is required.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service abilities are essential.
- Goal-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, both in membership sales and retail.
- Possess an upbeat and positive attitude, be organized, responsive and efficient.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a thorough knowledge of spa services.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.
- Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatment options, techniques and treatment plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
