Vision Engineering Inc. manufactures state of the art low glare efficient lighting solutions such as canopy and refrigerator lighting for the commercial industry.

Entry Level Bilingual Inventory Helper assist maintain control of inventory supplies purchased and produced verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure accurate day-to-day inventory control responsibilities by ensuring appropriate products are efficiently stocked and accounted for.

Use E2 software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
Work with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work areas and operate in a manner that promotes safety.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations to support internal and external customers.
Receive parts/products from customers and vendors quickly and accurately.
Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute material within the warehouse.
Sort and place materials in designated areas in the warehouse
Establish product stock is sufficient for all distribution channels.
Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
Work with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.

All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.

1 years of administrative skills
MS Excel and Outlook
Operating of standard office equipment
ECI Jobs2 or similar software
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Read and write in English
Ability to prioritize projects
Strong problem-solving skills
Good research skills and attention to detail
Manufacturing background
Team player and positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

Long periods of standing
Frequently lift, bend, carry, and walk long distances
Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to frequently push & pull objects
Operate pallet jack/forklift to pick up, move, place and position pallets of products
Work in non-climate-controlled warehouse

Salary:

$13 per hour

Clean criminal records only.
