WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
We are proud to offer our handymen a competitive pay range of $17-21 an hour.
We also provide fantastic benefits such as healthcare, paid time off (PTO), employer-matched Simple IRA, quarterly performance bonuses, and yearly profit sharing.
In this full-time 1099 position , you can expect a consistent schedule, often working Monday through Friday. However, due to the nature of the role, there may be instances where you may need to work evenings and weekends or be on-call.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Experience with multi-family construction
- Driver's license
- Ability to lift and use basic hand tools
- Strong problem-solving / troubleshooting skills in identifying maintenance issues
- Ability to travel around to different residential properties
