Inside Sales Representative
Opportunity Summary:
You are a driven individual who enjoys interacting with new people and building relationships. If so, this could be the opportunity you are looking for Visionary is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and resourceful individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative focused on growing our residential customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with new customer sales by focusing on building our customer base and generating new revenue
- Prioritize goals to include new account sign-ups/upsells and add-on services such as VoIP sales and managed router sales
- Qualify new leads and manage the sales process
- Call on all leads that come in via our Visionary Leads Page
- Participate in ongoing sales training and continuing education
Key Attributes:
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and sales skills
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to learn and explain a basic working knowledge of our products, components, technical concepts, and equipment
- Results-oriented with the ability to adapt to changes easily and willingly in policy, procedures, and work environment
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all activities and appearance
- Excellent communication skills
