Title of Position: Identity and Access Management Analyst I
Position Type: Full-Time. Regular shifts include Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Compensation Range: $28.00/hr. - $36.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Position is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Analyze and execute the Identity and Access Management processes.
- Provisioning of user accounts for onboarding employees and requested non-employees.
- Processing of changes to account security requirements as approved by management.
- Assistance to users as required.
- Maintenance of security infrastructure, including software and user directories processing of user terminations.
- Reporting on provisioning activities; automation of provisioning; multifactor authentication (MFA), process analysis of existing provisioning and deprovisioning activities for assimilation into IAM processes.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Associate’s degree required with 1-3 years of experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Specialized knowledge in Identity and Access Management.
• Additional certifications in relevant field.
