Title of Position: Part -Time Member Service Representative
Position Type: Part-Time (18 hours/week). Regular shifts include rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM at our McKinley Branch, weekday (Monday - Friday) 11am-2:45pm shift at our Newark Valley Branch.
Compensation Range: $18.00/hr. - $ 22.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Position is on-site at our Newark Valley Branch 7198 State Route 38 ,Newark Valley, NY.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- The focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Serving as a frontline representative of the organization, you uphold the highest standards of professionalism, focusing on creating a positive member centric experience.
- Requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- An associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
