What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Office Manager position at VISIONS OF HELPING HANDS, LLC?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inital assesments on members that requires assistance with daily living activities, while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians. After the inital asseement has been conducted, every 55-60 days a review visit has to be completed by the Registered Nurse. If interested, please contact our office at 414-979-1096.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
- Provide care plans to all members to ensure cares are being met
- Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
- CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
- Candidate must be able to lift and position patients on endoscopy stretcher and transport patients
