Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze user activity, website metrics, trends and customer comments to improve user experience on vitamix.com.
- Research competitor websites to analyze enhancements and trends.
- Work with the User Experience, Digital and DTC teams to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
The ideal candidate will also possess:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information in a clear, focused and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all levels of employees in a team-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism and maturity
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on time and to required specifications in a high-pressure environment
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Junior or Senior is a plus.
