Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Appointment Setters to join our retail team. As the first point of contact, you’ll engage with customers in a retail setting, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments with our solar experts.
Responsibilities:
• Approach and engage customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy.
• Qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
• Schedule appointments for our solar consultants.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging with people.
• Strong sales or customer service background preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
