What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at ViWinTech Windows & Doors, Inc.?
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must pass drug screen.
Must be able to assist customers with various questions and provide technical information about window units
Must be able to enter orders daily, and enter quotes within 24 hours of receiving a customer's request into computer system
Must know fractions of an inch down to 1/32nd of an inch, or alternatively, have ability to accurately use a tape measure.
Must be motivated, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
