Responsibilities:
Data Center Operations Analyst Client Spares Readiness team (part of Data Center Central Operations) is seeking Ops Analyst to support their data accuracy efforts for the following workstreams:
- Spare Parts Data Governance
- New Zone Turnup
- NPI Spares Creation
- Project-based spares collection and GPN creation (C2)
- Spares Data Accuracy/PIR (Purchase Issue Record) Resolution
- Inventory Accuracy
- Punchout Supplier Onboarding and Ongoing Support
- Data Center Bug SLO (Service Level Objective) program and Fix-the-Risks project support
Responsibilities:
- The team should be able to provide direct account leadership, including weekly internal syncs and a monthly metrics report:
- Weekly PIR (purchase issue record bugs to resolve first-level vendor technical questions within the procurement process) syncs to be internal
- Weekly New Zone syncs to be internal
- Weekly Project based syncs to be internal
- Weekly high-level metrics report for stakeholders via email and live MBR during second week of the following month
- Single point escalation process
- The team will also provide end-to-end tactical support for New Zone Turnup, including spares level setup, Purchase Order (PO) and stocking reporting, and Part Number creation:
- Coordination with General Contractors and entities to build spares list by-zone for new builds
- Spares level set-up to establish expected inventory levels by hub, spoke, and pharmacy locations
- PO and stocking reporting by site
- Part number creation for Contractor Furnished Spares
- Support for Product Lifecycle projects (examples include: SKI, SLAM and others) are also required:
- Replacement coordination with manufacturers for end of life parts
- Revision lineage in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software for replacements
- New case intake for end of life claims
- Support the new product BOM (Bill-of-Materials) completion with manufacturers
- Weekly and bi-weekly calls with New product introduction (NPI) team and manufacturers to assist in list creation
- New product list organization and gap identification
- New part number creation for additions to products during post-NPI revisions
- Management of Data Center Bug Closure SLO (Service Level Objective) and Response SLO support
- Support of operational activities (i.e. Fix-the-Risks program)
- Capabilities to complete, update, and improve analytics to provide reporting as needed for the actions listed above Skills:
