- Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.
- One to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a current and active license to practice as an RN in this state.
Job Responsibility Overview :
- Build, maintain, and update comprehensive care plans for all residents to ensure their needs are met with a person-centered approach.
- Assist in reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and hiring qualified nursing staff to meet the needs of the facility.
- Perform regular audits of clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct regular rounds on the units to assess resident care, staff performance, and address any concerns.
- Occasionally work non-traditional hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of the organization.
- Assist in managing nursing staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, providing support, follow-up, and mentorship to increase retention and job satisfaction.
- Complete regular employee performance evaluations, providing feedback and support for professional development.
