As a Sales and Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring our clients' staffing needs are met with highly qualified candidates. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service skills, and recruitment know-how.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and using social media platforms to build a strong client pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our staffing solutions.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Regularly track sales performance and provide updates to management.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure new business and successfully close sales deals.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Job Order Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, including the specific skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and the company’s internal database to source and screen candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide clients with pre-screened, qualified applicants.
- Candidate Placement: Work closely with candidates and clients to ensure smooth placements, offering ongoing support to both parties during the onboarding process.
- Candidate Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Administrative & Coordination:
- Job Postings & Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, candidate information, and job orders in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as recruitment, HR, and marketing to ensure alignment and support in meeting business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or staffing, with a proven track record of success in both client acquisition and candidate placement.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ATS software.

Hourly Rate:
