Job Description
As an AEP Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) systems. This position combines technical expertise with collaborative and problem-solving skills to support business operations and ensure system reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring
- Conduct 24x7 monitoring of the health and performance of AEP and AJO systems.
- Ensure systems operate within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, including errors, data discrepancies, and integration challenges.
Technical Support
- Provide guidance and support to development teams and business stakeholders.
- Address queries and offer best-practice recommendations for system usage.
Incident Management
- Efficiently manage and resolve incidents to minimize operational disruptions.
Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration
- Work with marketing, data, and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration and issue resolution.
Deployment Support
- Participate in deployment activities, including pre-deployment knowledge transfer sessions, design document reviews, and go-live preparations.
On-Call Rotation
- Be available for 24x7 shift rotations to provide continuous support coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (full-time).
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Hands-on experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Generic Managerial Skills:
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical explanations.
- Excellent collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and creating knowledge resources.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24x7 on-call environment to maintain system availability.
