About the Role: The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking, as well as identifying strategic neighborhoods for targeted marketing efforts. The role involves creating and implementing customer engagement strategies to improve retention, researching and coordinating trade shows and community events in new markets, developing training programs for brand ambassadors, and building partnerships with local organizations to expand co-marketing opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly or indirectly supervises employees, temporary or contractor workers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and engaging employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system for accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Identify strategic neighborhoods for targeted marketing efforts and create execution plans for delivering promotional materials.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with local associations and organizations to expand co-marketing opportunities and increase brand visibility.
  • Research, plan, and manage all aspects of trade shows and community events, including logistics, location scouting, materials coordination, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Develop and oversee a yearly event and direct mail budget with projected ROI, ensuring cost-effective and impactful marketing investments.
  • Conduct event post-mortems to evaluate successes, identify areas for improvement, and capture competitive insights for future events.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Brand Ambassadors, setting and monitoring performance goals, and providing ongoing feedback and professional growth opportunities.
  • Implement customer journey touchpoints and a referral program to boost engagement, increase conversion rates, and track customer acquisition costs effectively.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Operates safely in all conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a marketing or communications role required.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience required, 3 Preferred.
  • Successful experience developing, implementing, and achieving results with marketing strategies.
  • Proactive and organized multi-tasker capable of managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Precise, concise, and polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent, motivated, and results-driven in generating new leads.
  • Proficient in Google Suites and experience with CRMs.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
