Dispatcher – W3 Electric
Location: 3101 Main St, Rowlett, TX 75088
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)
Pay: $18.50 per hour up to $50/week in bonuses

About the Role
As a Dispatcher, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, technician communication, and outstanding service delivery. Your ability to stay organized and proactive will help keep our team running efficiently and our customers happy.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Dispatch & Scheduling:
- Dispatch calls promptly at 7:45 AM and adjust schedules as needed.
- Review daily job assignments and coordinate with the Service Manager.
Technician & Customer Communication:
- Provide ETA updates to technicians at 10:15 AM.
- Dispatch calls within 5 minutes and notify technicians of any delays.
Permit & Documentation Management:
- Pull and track permits, following up daily for approvals.
- Obtain necessary documents and coordinate same-day meter releases.
Inspection Coordination:
- Schedule and follow up on city inspections.
- Reschedule RED-tagged inspections to secure approval.
Job Scheduling & Adjustments:
- Schedule sold jobs and update service types accordingly.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation for larger projects.
Vendor Coordination:
- Schedule plumbing or AC vendors as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Respond to emails promptly.
- Assist in answering calls and managing Podium leads.

- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support in the service and/or trades industry is preferred
