Company is a freight brokerage company located in Jacksonville, Florida. We are a small office doing approximately $5M in revenue annually. We are ready to find candidates that not only have experience in the Freight Brokerage industry but also have a great qualified book as business to bring with them. In prior months we have been scouring the employment pools for candidates that fit our business model without success. With the unemployment rate at an all-time low and a sluggish economy, great qualified candidates just are not as easy to find as we would like. Below are the qualifications we are looking for in a candidate we feel would be a great fit for Company.
Our PERFECT Candidate
Inside FTL and LTL Sales - National territory.
70% Full Truckload / 30% Less Than Truckload
Small portions of Domestic/International Air, NO Ocean
A book of business from $150K to $500K annually in Gross Profit
NO Non-Compete, MUST be willing to sign our Non-Compete
80% of their book of business must follow them (Loyal consistent book of business)
Location – Jacksonville, Florida or willing to relocate to Jacksonville, Florida (Reasonably)
NO Remote or Hybrid Available
Minimum of 3 years to 5 years’ experience
Handling a full desk
