LOCATION – Austin, TX
MAIN SKILLS – Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Vlookups etc), Good Verbal and Communication skills, Expert in Excel and data manipulation (mandatory), Experience with Logistics and Operations terminology, Familiarity with Business Objects, create cross-platform reports
Key Responsibilities
· Review multiple Excel reports and ensure timely uploads into the Shipping Exceptions Management System
· Develop robust data visualizations that will help to answer commonly asked questions quickly and thoroughly about Shipping Exceptions
· Identify data anomalies, work to root cause and remediate issues in data collection, storage, transformation, or reporting
Key Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years of work experience preferred
· Skilled in Excel and data manipulation (mandatory)
· Familiarity with Logistics and Operations terminology
· Familiarity with Business Objects
· Ability to create cross-platform reports
· Ability to turn data into information and insights
· High-level attention to detail, including the ability to spot data errors and potential issues in
Hard Skills:
