Overview :
Supplier and Contract Manager
Join the dynamic team at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, where you’ll play a pivotal role managing our vendor relations and optimizing contract management. This position is located in our Savannah location, offering hybrid flexiblity and opportunity to work with a growing organization.
This position is a hybrid role and required to go into the office two days a week.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an expert in the world of Port Operation Contract Management, you will thrive on managing sourcing, bids and contract negotiations. Reporting to the Head of Supplier and Contract Management for Ocean Operations, you will oversee our ocean supplier contracting process, including :
- Closely partnering with our Port Operations teams and Suppliers
- Building relationships with internal business operations
- Implementing standardized purchasing practices for supplier spend and contracting
- Negotiate and Procure supplier contracts
- Host visitors and meetings with our suppliers and port authority
- Analyze our port and cargo related spending
