Position: Cell Operator
Position Summary
The continuous flow operator must be able to setup and operate all production grinding machines. This position must understand all quality standards for each manufacturing operation. This position serves as a resource for quality inspectors, production control and supervisors to ensure production goals are being achieved. The team of operators in this position would be jointly responsible for completion of a drill through all grinding operations in the cell.
Essential skills of the position
· Ability to operate all production machines
· Ability to read micrometer
· Ability to use Goniometer
· Must be a team player
· Ability to lift 50lbs continuously
· Ability to stand on feet all day
· Basic mathematical skills
· Effective written and communication skills
Position Responsibilities
· Must be able to setup and operate all production machines
· Must be able to measure all the drill characteristics accurately
· Perform visual inspection of the drill to verify the physical appearance of the drill meets acceptable standards
Training Program
· Quality and measuring training 2-week program
· Setup and tear down machines 1–4-week program
· Paired with a trainer 6-week program
· Trainer assistance

Salary: From $19.00 per hour
