As the company expands, it's time to grow our sales team! We’re looking for an energetic, multilingual, versatile and knowledgeable. The BDR to join our sales team in the US. Their role is to amplify our capabilities by qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage in potential new deals. If you're passionate about driving business development and constantly learning a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Engaging with new and existing leads - acting as the first point of contact for potential leads.
- Successfully facilitate a smooth transition to account managers.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire engagement process.
- Manage sales efforts across relevant territories throughout the US
- Work closely with our marketing team on generating leads by leveraging research findings, data analyses, and effective communication.
- Develop growth opportunities
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in sales or real estate
- Knowledge of the financing/real estate purchase process in the US.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese - plus)
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a client focus.
- Adaptability and solution-oriented.
- Highly self-motivated and passionate.
