What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Agent position at Wasatch Parc?
Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets to customers in person. Answer the phone
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns
- Process ticket orders and payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current events, shows, and promotions
- Assist with resolving customer issues or complaints
- Keep accurate records of ticket sales and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide support during special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Thai, Punjabi, Hindi, Turkish, Vietnamese (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions
- Administrative skills for record keeping and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
