What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grant and Program Manager position at Washington County Community College?

The College is seeking a highly talented professional with a strong work ethic to fill a new position as Grant & Program Manager. This position is responsible for researching grant opportunities and making recommendations to management ensuring compliance with requirements of State, Federal, and regional granters; writing and managing grants; and serving as the primary point of contact for grant-related issues. In addition, the position supports the Colleges institutional research function by establishing and maintaining commonly used grant-related data records for planning and decision-making. This position must have the ability to interpret and process policies and procedures, experience with strategic planning and grant writing and program management. The ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on assignments with minimum direction is essential. Experience with grant writing, administration, management reporting, resource management and budgeting. This position may require some nights and weekends, will allow for some remote work.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in related field, and two to four years experience working in a program and/or with databases. Masters degree in business or related field preferred.

Salary Range: MEA Administrators Unit/salary commensurate with credentials and experience $45,914 to $56,469
