To meet growing client demand, we are seeking a full-time Sales Team Member Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales team by conducting targeted customer outreach for our clients. Your primary objective will be to enroll new customers or upgrade existing ones for our telecommunication clients. This entry-level sales position requires strong communication and presentation skills to explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and upsell when appropriate.
We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Sales Team Member Trainee who is capable of:
- Delivering effective and engaging sales presentations on high-quality telecommunications products and services
- Guiding potential new customers through product selection seamlessly and answering all final questions before closing the sale
- Grasping product knowledge, sales promotions, and core company values to better educate customers on what we have to offer
- Using problem-solving skills to overcome any objections and finding solutions to bolster sales margins
- Sustaining keen attention to detail to complete contract and financing paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings by engaging openly and actively listening to consumers' concerns and needs

- Brings prior experience in roles such as sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or the service industry are a plus!
