What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Verification Lead position at Wayve?
The role
- Establish the CI/CD pipeline, including test-automation and reports with HILs and SIL.
- Responsible for leading the design, architecture ,and implementation of the system verification , testing and infrastructure.
- Establish the interfaces with SW and HW teams.
- Work closely with the SW development and test-engineers to successfully meet CI/CD, customers, product and system release requirements.
- Directly manage the team of system verification and test automation engineers.
Key responsibilities:
- Development of overall test automation infrastructure architecture and CI/CD pipelines for V&R.
- Enable the integration of SW and Test engineers tests into the pipelines, in coordination with Software / HW groups.
- Implementation of internal tool developments and integration with external tools
- Implementation of the reports and dashboards as required by the release management.
- Implementation of CI/CD and V&R KPIs and metrics reports.
Supporting responsibilities:
- Training / education of other groups on the testing infrastructure and problem solving (including SW, HW, IT )
- Work with other groups to identify KPIs and develop methods for capturing them.
Experience: 10 years of experience in V&R, CI/CD , automotive
Desirable
- Automotive Industry Expertise: Familiarity with automotive software development environments and standards, such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
