The job
· Have the ability to speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy.
- Travel to potential customer homes to present our cost and energy-saving solar systems.
- Educating potential customers on the benefits of solar with personalized proposals.
- Leverage personal network, social media, and door-knocking efforts to create sales opportunities.
- Average sales reps earn $80,000 to $110,000 in the 1st year
- Team Managers earn $110,000 to $170,000 over 1st 15 months
- 100% Commission
Requirements
- Customer service: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Door-to-Door Sales Experience: 1 Year Required / 2 Year (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass criminal Background Check
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
