Position Overview: The Customer Solutions Manager will be an integral part of an assigned Wilmington, NC Customer Care Hub, teamed with a Customer Support Specialist and Specification and Planning Advisor. The team is responsible for managing sales and customer relationships for all products within a designated territory. This role demands a dynamic individual who excels in understanding customer needs, creating tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management:
- Oversee sales activities within the assigned geographic territory, ensuring all sales targets and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximize revenue and market penetration for all products
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to propose tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the sales leadership team.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the Branch POD’s, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with your internal team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
- Customer Solutions:
- Act as a consultant to customers, offering insights and recommendations on product solutions that best fit their needs.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers as needed to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
