About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team in the Labeling and Applicator industry. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans, manage budgets, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase market share, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related experience.
- 5 years of experience in marketing management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaboration with the Marketing & Sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience
- HubSpot CRM experience
- Tradeshow management
- Experience with brand and strategic marketing
- Exposure to global marketing is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, and implement branding and communication projects in advertising, promotional programs, trade shows, and digital.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and media schedule that drive brand awareness and revenue growth
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage online marketing presence which includes website and e-commerce
- Work with external partners on social media presence, blogs, and press releases
- Administration and marketing of Hubspot and associated responsibilities
- Own and manage tradeshow entire tradeshow, set-up, internal/external communications, equipment & storage, and other responsibilities with the management of tradeshows
