Description
Incumbent oversees and coordinates creating courses and course schedules. Responsible for reporting enrollment, degree verification and graduation data to the National Student Clearinghouse and auditing and addressing errors. Responsible for sending directly to NSLDS separate enrollment files for citizens from the EU/GDPR adopting countries and U.S. students who study at one of our EU locations and clearing any errors from such reports. Utilizes 25Live to optimize space and assigns classrooms for the main campus in Webster Groves, MO. Supervises the transcript team and VA School Certifying Official. Serves as the third senior administrative official within the Registrar's Office. Reports to the Associate Registrar.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in higher education setting.
Knowledge of college/university administration.
Knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of supervision.
Computer literate; knowledge and experience in the use of current administrative software systems.
Ability to operate various office equipment such as computer, fax, telephone, copier, printer, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented.
Ability to exercise critical human relations skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with the university community.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in higher education setting.
Knowledge of college/university administration.
Knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of supervision.
Computer literate; knowledge and experience in the use of current administrative software systems.
Ability to operate various office equipment such as computer, fax, telephone, copier, printer, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented.
Ability to exercise critical human relations skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with the university community.
