Snow Removal Technician

Job Summary

Snow Squad Billings, a brand-new snow removal service here in town, is looking to add to its amazing team. We are currently looking for our next great snow removal Technicians. Part-time and on-call opportunities are available now with the potential to grow to full time with Weed Man Lawn Care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform snow removal duties with focus on quality
• Operate tractors, sidewalk machines, and snow shovels in a safe and productive manner.
• Excellent attention to detail, equipment inspections, service logs, customer service.
• On Call Status for Snow Events with Stipend
• Respond promptly to calls or text for snow events
• Prepare and show up for shifts free from influence of any drugs, alcohol, or medicines that influence safe and productive equipment operation
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintenance on all vehicles and equipment
• Clear snow from customer properties from designated areas (marked on site maps)
• Hand shovel and treat areas required (walkways, doorways, driveways)
• $20-25 per hour DOE
• November 1^st through April 15th

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret maps
• Physically fit with strong stamina
• Ability to follow safe working procedures
• Excellent observation skills and strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly

Work Conditions

• Various locations including both residential and commercial sites
• Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Working outdoors in various conditions including extreme cold, snow, noise, and wet conditions

Salary : $20 - $25
